I am drawn to the story of Thomas. On one level has been dismissed as “doubting Thomas” but Jesus is more than willing to show him the scars…and Thomas has this wonderful experience of realizing what is happening and proclaims “My Lord and my God.” —would that more of us have such an intense experience of the risen Christ.
